A West Hills, CA, witness reports watching a black triangle UFO gliding very fast at about 500 feet that banked sharply exposing its underbody with "three very dim lights shining on all three triangle points," according to October 23, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
